Terms and Conditions for NGO Volunteer Selection

Eligibility Criteria

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under 18.
Volunteers must provide accurate and truthful information on their application forms.


Commitment

Volunteers are expected to commit to the agreed-upon schedule and tasks.
Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory.


Code of Conduct

Volunteers must adhere to the organization’s code of conduct, which includes treating all staff, fellow volunteers, and beneficiaries with respect and dignity.
Discrimination, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.


Confidentiality

Volunteers must maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information related to the organization, its staff, and its beneficiaries.
Volunteers are not allowed to disclose any confidential information without prior authorization.


Responsibilities

Volunteers are responsible for completing their assigned tasks to the best of their abilities.
Volunteers must follow all instructions provided by their supervisors or coordinators.

Health and Safety

Volunteers must adhere to all health and safety guidelines established by the organization.
Volunteers must report any health and safety concerns immediately to their supervisors.

Training

Volunteers are required to participate in any mandatory training sessions.
Training is provided to ensure volunteers are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.

Use of Resources

Volunteers must use the organization’s resources, including equipment and materials, responsibly and only for official purposes.
Any damage or loss of resources must be reported immediately.

Media and Publicity

Volunteers consent to the use of their images, videos, and names in the organization’s promotional materials and social media channels.
Volunteers must seek prior approval before making any public statements or media appearances on behalf of the organization.


Termination

The organization reserves the right to terminate the volunteer agreement at any time without prior notice if the volunteer fails to comply with the terms and conditions.
Volunteers can also terminate their engagement by providing a notice period of at least 2 weeeks.

By signing this form, volunteers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Dr. Shailja Jain


Dr. Shailja Jain, a renowned gynecologist and founder member of Rohit Hospital, Jaipur, is a cornerstone of our organization's efforts. Swati Sharma


Swati Sharma is an army veteran and presently Commandant as Rajasthan Home Guards Services. She was commissioned into the Indian Army in 2006 and after serving for 5 years she opted out and then got selected as Deputy Commandant by RPSC.
After a decade of service, she won the Chevening Scholarship and completed Masters in Risk, Disaster, and Resilience from UCL. She came back from London in October 2022.

During her service, she got a few prestigious awards like the DGCD Commendation Disc.

Swati belongs to Ajmer and completed her schooling at St. Mary's Convent and B. Sc. from Sophia Girls College, Ajmer.

She has done 10m Air Pistol shooting and won bronze in State level tournament.
