Spark Ignited : Prazna Born

The Prazna Foundation started with the vision of creating lasting social change by addressing the issues of education, women menstrual healthcare, and sustainability. Motivated by a desire to uplift underserved communities, the foundation began its journey with a commitment to empower individuals and promote well-being. Through various initiatives Prazna Foundation strive to create opportunities for a brighter, more equitable future for vulnerable populations.

Akshar kaksha Started

Akshar Kaksha, a program launched by the Prazna Foundation, focused on providing quality education to vulnerable children. The program aimed to bridge educational gaps by offering a supportive learning environment that nurtures both academic and personal growth. Through Akshar Kaksha, the foundation strives to uplift children with the knowledge they need to build a better future, breaking the cycle of poverty and creating opportunities for long-term success.

2019

Non Profit Organisation Registration

Started 2019, with registering of The Prazna Foundation as a Non-Profit Organization. Officially recognized, the foundation aims to operate with transparency and accountability, ensuring that its resources are directed towards meaningful initiatives in education, menstrual hygiene and healthcare, and sustainable development.

Sharing is Caring Movement

The "Sharing is Caring" movement driven by empathy and a commitment to improving the lives of affected communities. With a variety of initiatives, the program aims to uplift children and families by providing essential items such as food, clothing, hygiene products, and educational materials. By celebrating festivals and occasions together, the foundation increases joy, dignity, and a sense of community. Through these acts of kindness by the foundation, "Sharing is Caring" works to create a more compassionate, accepting society, helping individuals to overcome hardships and build a better future.

Project Kishori Started

The Prazna Foundation launched Project Kishori, to educate and spread awareness among women, particularly young girls, about the importance of menstrual health and hygiene. Through workshops, awareness campaigns, and the distribution of sanitary kits, this initiative empowers girls—especially those from underprivileged backgrounds—to manage their menstrual health with confidence and dignity. By breaking myths surrounding menstruation and providing accurate information on safe practices and self-care, the foundation aims to foster open discussions on health and gender equality, ultimately ensuring a healthier and more informed future for young girls.

Dr. Reeta Bhargav Joined

Dr. Reeta Bhargava, a passionate educator and social advocate joined. She is the Principal of Bhabha Public School and a former member of the Rajasthan State Commission for Women, she has significantly helped expand our reach to schools and educational institutions. Her advocacy for women's rights, expertise in legal matters, and active involvement in social initiatives make her a vital mentor and leader in our organization, driving positive change and empowerment.

2020

Completed 50 Workshops in Schools for Menstrual Hygiene

The Prazna Foundation conducted 50 school workshops, promoting awareness and education on menstrual hygiene. These sessions empowered students with essential knowledge, breaking stereotypes and myths, and encouraging open discussions on the health and well-being of young school girls.

Distribution of 1000 Food Packets and Helped in Making 2500 Food Packets

This foundation significantly impacted by distributing 1,000 food packets to those in need, providing immediate relief to vulnerable communities. In addition, the foundation played an important role in preparing 2,500 food packets, ensuring a steady supply of nourishment for individuals facing food shortages. Through these efforts, the Prazna Foundation demonstrated its commitment to supporting those affected by hardship, bringing hope and essential resources to families in pain during challenging times.

Collaboration With Manish Mundra and Naya Savera

The Prazna Foundation has partnered with Manish Mundra and Naya Savera to create meaningful change in the lives of underprivileged communities. This collaboration aims to provide education, skill development, and community empowerment, with a focus on nurturing young talents and creating sustainable opportunities. By combining the expertise and resources of Prazna Foundation, Manish Mundra's vision, and Naya Savera's commitment to social upliftment, this initiative aims to create lasting impact and benefit the quality of life for those in need.

1 Pad 1 Life : Campaign

This campaign was started to benefit underprivileged women, residing in different parts of India. The main purpose of this campaign was to promote menstrual hygiene and spread awareness among the underserved communities. This campaign not only raises awareness but also addresses critical health issues among women.
2023

Collaborated with Bharat Vikas Parishad for Akshar Kaksha

The Prazna Foundation collaborated with Bharat Vikas Parishad for the Akshar Kaksha initiative, aimed at promoting literacy and education in underserved communities. This partnership seeks to provide quality learning resources and support to children, helping them build a strong educational foundation. Through this collaboration, both organizations are working together to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners and foster a culture of education and empowerment.

Got 80G and 12A Certificates

The Prazna Foundation holds 80G and 12A certificates, making donations eligible for tax deductions under 80G and granting the foundation tax-exempt status under 12A. These certifications ensure transparency and encourage charitable support. These certifications reinforce the foundation's commitment to its charitable goals and strengthen donor confidence in its operations.

Pranic Healing Expert Hina Chandra Joined

Hina Chandra, a Pranic Healer Instructor, joined the Prazna Foundation in 2023. With her expertise in Pranic Healing, she plays a crucial role in guiding the students of Akshar Kaksha. Through her teachings, she introduces meditation techniques that open and balance their chakras, fostering improvements in both physical and mental health. Her methods help students enhance their energy flow, leading to increased vitality, emotional stability, and a deeper sense of well-being.

The Prazna Foundation was featured on The Better India, a popular digital platform dedicated to highlighting positive stories and impactful initiatives across India. The article spotlighted the foundation's transformative work in empowering underprivileged communities. Through the feature, The Better India showcased the Prazna Foundation’s commitment to creating lasting social change, emphasizing their efforts to improve lives through various initiatives.

CSR by Brahmos Aerospace for Project Kishori

Prazna Foundation, in collaboration with BrahMos Aerospace, successfully launched Project Kishori, an initiative focused on menstrual hygiene and women's health. Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Smt. Diya Kumari, graced the event, encouraging open discussions on menstrual health. A significant step towards breaking the stigma and promoting awareness.

Dr. L. S. Acharya

Dr. L. S. Acharya, a distinguished personality born and raised in Gokul, Uttar Pradesh, has dedicated his life to social service and education. With a rich background as a junior college lecturer, he has been a beacon of inspiration, particularly in motivating young minds to champion causes like menstrual hygiene awareness. As the Commissioner of St. John Ambulance Brigade in Uttar Pradesh, an Executive Member of the State Red Cross Management Committee, and a Member of the National Disaster Response Team of India under IFRC/ICRC in New Delhi, Dr. Acharya has consistently demonstrated his commitment to social responsibility. His vast experience and dedication to humanitarian causes make him an invaluable mentor for our organization

Dr. Shailja Jain

Dr. Shailja Jain, a renowned gynecologist and founder member of Rohit Hospital, Jaipur, is a cornerstone of our organization's efforts. Swati Sharma

Swati Sharma is an army veteran and presently Commandant as Rajasthan Home Guards Services. She was commissioned into the Indian Army in 2006 and after serving for 5 years she opted out and then got selected as Deputy Commandant by RPSC.
After a decade of service, she won the Chevening Scholarship and completed Masters in Risk, Disaster, and Resilience from UCL. She came back from London in October 2022.

During her service, she got a few prestigious awards like the DGCD Commendation Disc.

Swati belongs to Ajmer and completed her schooling at St. Mary's Convent and B. Sc. from Sophia Girls College, Ajmer.

She has done 10m Air Pistol shooting and won bronze in State level tournament.
