Republic Day Celebration at Akshar Kaksha by Prazna Foundation

Prazna Foundation organized a heartfelt and inspiring Republic Day celebration at Akshar Kaksha, Jaipur. The event began with flag hoisting by the chief guests, including Councillor Shri Praveen Kumar Yadav, Pankaj Sharma (CEO of Netleon Technologies), and other dignitaries. The ceremony included the lighting of a diya in front of Bharat Mata’s photo, followed by a group chant of the Deep Mantra and regular prayer by students.

The highlight of the event was a powerful interaction by Chief Guest Sanjay Ji Bhargav, who explained the significance of Republic Day to the children. The students performed Surya Namaskar, dances, and a patriotic song, ‘Mera Karma Tu, Mera Dharma Tu,’ which deeply resonated with everyone present.

The event also celebrated the birthday of Radhika, a student of Akshar Kaksha, and the anniversary of Ashish Jain and his wife, Anupama Jain, with the children. The program concluded with a word of thanks from Founder Preeti Sharma and distribution of food items to the children. The celebration, simple yet meaningful, successfully conveyed a powerful message of patriotism and inspiration.

Swati Sharma

Swati Sharma is an army veteran and presently Commandant as Rajasthan Home Guards Services. She was commissioned into the Indian Army in 2006 and after serving for 5 years she opted out and then got selected as Deputy Commandant by RPSC.
After a decade of service, she won the Chevening Scholarship and completed Masters in Risk, Disaster, and Resilience from UCL. She came back from London in October 2022.

During her service, she got a few prestigious awards like the DGCD Commendation Disc.

Swati belongs to Ajmer and completed her schooling at St. Mary's Convent and B. Sc. from Sophia Girls College, Ajmer.

She has done 10m Air Pistol shooting and won bronze in State level tournament.
