Prazna Foundation, in collaboration with Ekta Manch Sansthan, Behror, organized a special awareness session on the occasion of Diwali, which saw the participation of over 600 women.
The session focused on spreading awareness about menstruation, menstrual hygiene, and breaking the myths associated with it.
Mr. Rajendra Gupta, President of Ekta Manch Sansthan, warmly welcomed the Prazna Foundation team and appreciated the initiative, emphasizing its importance for women’s health and awareness in rural areas.
The session was led by Mrs. Preeti Sharma (Founder & Chairperson), Ms. Prachi Khandelwal (Project Manager), and volunteer Mr. Shiv Narayan Bairwa, who interacted with the women and shared essential information about menstrual hygiene and precautions.
On this occasion, Kishori Kits were also distributed among women and adolescent girls.
The main aim of the program was to educate rural women about menstruation, promote menstrual hygiene, and encourage a positive mindset toward this natural process.
